Scooty Theft During Trial Ride Scam

 

In a shocking incident, a man posing as a potential buyer managed to escape with a scooty during a trial ride. The owner, who had listed the scooty for sale, was approached by the accused under the pretense of being interested in buying it. He asked for a trial ride to check the vehicle’s condition. Trusting him, the owner handed over the keys — but the so-called buyer never returned.

 

The owner waited anxiously, only to realize that the scooty had been stolen. A complaint has since been filed with the local police, and efforts are underway to trace the thief.
