Review Meeting Held by Guardian Minister Jayanta Mallabaruah in Tamulpur

 

*Tamulpur, July 2, 2025* :

Jayanta Mallabaruah, the Guardian Minister for Tamulpur district and Hon’ble Minister of Public Health Engineering, Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of Assam, today attended a review meeting held at the conference hall of the Office of the District Commissioner, Tamulpur.

 

In the presence of District Commissioner Pankaj Chakravarty, the Minister conducted a detailed review of various key schemes such as Orunodoi 3.0, Mukhyamantrir Mahila Udyamita Abhiyan, Mukhyamantrir Atmanirbhar Asom Abhiyan, and the Eti Kali Duti Paat scheme, along with the current status of ration cards.

 

The review meeting was held ahead of the scheduled visit of the Hon’ble Chief Minister to the district. In the meeting, the Guardian Minister urged all concerned officials to keep all data clear, accurate, and well-prepared.

 

Regarding the Orunodoi scheme, the Minister instructed officials to ensure that all eligible families—regardless of political affiliation—receive the benefits of the scheme without bias.

 

Apart from District Commissioner Pankaj Chakravarty, today’s meeting was also attended by Senior Superintendent of Police Diganta Kumar Choudhury, BTC Executive Member Ranendra Narzary, MCLAs Hemanta Kumar Rabha and Bijitgwra Narzary, BJP District President Victor Kumar Das, officials from the Deputy Commissioner’s office, and staff from various departments
